Q. I can see only four sports. Where are the others?

A. The four sports you see on the main page are our feature sports. These sports are the in-season sports that we consider will be the most popular. All other sports results, schedules and news can be accessed via the links on the left of the main screen. These are the general pages which will display a list of all the supported sports within SportSeeker. Simply select the sport you want and the news, scores or schedules for that sport will be displayed.

Q. I have an active subscription, but when I hit the "Click to Connect" button I get an error message saying "Unable to resolve Host Name" or that it can't connect. What is wrong?

A. You may need to set up your device to correctly access the internet. Make sure you have configured your device correctly and that your carrier is set up to supports this sort of service.

SportSeeker on BlackBerry uses TCP to communicate with the SportSeeker servers. Your BlackBerry handset may not be set up for TCP communications. If communicating with BlackBerry Enterprise Servers then you may have TCP support through the Mobile Data Service. If not, then you will need to configure the handset with the network's TCP APN. This can be done from the BlackBerry main menu by selecting the "Options" icon and then selecting "TCP". If the APN is empty then you will need to contact your network to find out their APN. A user name and password may also be required. The APN "internet" with no user name or password will work with some networks.
